Set on three lush acres, this very private villa is ideally situated across from the famous Round Hill Hotel. The 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each have their own private terrace that lead onto a beautifully manicured lawn. Four of the bedrooms are within the main house while the remaining two are separate 1 bedroom cottages. Tropical verandas lead into a stunning dining room that provides excellent views of the garden and the Caribbean sea. Service areas include a recently upgraded kitchen with commercial equipment as well as separate staff accommodation. Mockingbird Hill Villa offers complete privacy while being only 20 minutes from Montego Bay airport and only a 10 minute drive to the Tryall golf course and other amenities

Meals here are a treat. Mama Lou the cook has had 35 years experience catering to all tastes. Grocery budget is $45 per adult per day, $30 for children. Breakfast and lunches are served on the verandah overlooking the manicured gardens and sea just beyond. Dinners arre served in the formal dining room at a hand-crafted localy designed dining table with hand-carved chairs to match.

Throughout the villa is a remarkable collection of local arts, crafts and antique maps, all products of local craftsmen and artists.

A special amenity available to Mockingbird Hill guests is membership at Round Hill ... 200 yards drive west of Mockingbird Hill and one of the finest private resorts on Jamaica's North Coast. Membership entitles guests to access Round Hill's private beach, fitness center (treadmill, free weights, rowing machine and guided aerobics) and tennis on hard-surface courts lighted for night play and with pro on call. (Charges apply to lessons and ball boys.) Round Hill also offers a jogging trail, gift shop, logo shop, beach bar, piano bar, Continental cuisine in the hotel restaurant ... and unforgettable long sunsets from the waterfront terrace. For additional charges, members may enjoy the spa, Pineapple Kids Club, a range of water sports and parties (Monday beach party, Wednesday Caribbean Curry Night, Friday Jamaica Night).
